Effective September 8, 2026. These terms apply when you use this site or purchase a Proof Over Mood digital product.
The product
The 30-Day Proof System is a downloadable educational workbook. A purchase gives one person a limited, non-exclusive license to download, print, and use the workbook for personal purposes.
What you may not do
You may not resell the workbook, post the complete file publicly, share download access, remove the branding, or present the material as your own product. Short quotations for review or commentary are fine when credited.
Payments and delivery
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. After a successful payment, the confirmation page provides access to the download. If delivery fails, use the contact page with the email used at checkout.
Educational use only
Proof Over Mood offers general educational material. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional care. Stop using any exercise that does not feel appropriate for your situation.
Availability and responsibility
We may update the site or product and correct errors. To the extent permitted by law, Proof Over Mood is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site or workbook. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
