Refund policy

The workbook should be useful, and buying it should not feel like a trap.

Seven-day refund window

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Use the contact page and enter the same email address used at checkout. Include the approximate purchase date so we can find the payment.

Delivery problems and duplicate charges

If the download fails or you were charged more than once, contact us as soon as you notice it. We will either restore access or refund the affected charge.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. This policy does not reduce any refund or cancellation rights required by the law where you live.
